Operating Construction Foreman
Performance Managed Construction, Inc.
is a small-size heavy civil highway and site development company that began in 2005.
We operate in an approximate 100-mile radius of Concord.
PMC is seeking to hire an Operating Foreman.
The Foreman will operate equipment such as excavator, backhoe, roller, skid steer, and dozer and manage a construction crew.
The main duties and responsibilities of this position is to operate the equipment efficiently and safely in compliance with the company's safety policies and procedures, manage a crew and complete daily reports.
Other minor duties may be assigned.
The job requires 2
years of relevant experience.
Skills and abilities will include knowledge of the operating procedures and maintenance of equipment operated, ability to manage and work well with others, general knowledge of the hazards and safety rules and regulations in equipment operation, ability to perform physical labor required of the position, and possess a high skill level in the operation of assigned equipment.
Job Type:
Full-time (typically Monday - Friday 7:
00 am - 5:
30 pm).
Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, company paid holidays and paid vacation.
Compensation will be based on experience and ability to perform duties.
Preferred experience for this position is 2
years.
